A Study On The Pattern Of Talent Training In University Physical Culture Education Major In China From The Perspective Of Social Cognitive Theory

In the early 21C, a century of higher learning and information great changs have taken place in social demand for talents.A transitional "Structural Unemployment" emerges in the job hunting process of university undergraduates with numerous university job hunter and an even number of job racancies.In recent years,the undergraduates majoring in physical culture education in institutions of higher education are faced with same problem.The difficulties in job hunting have increased and the employment itself has become pluralized.In spite of various factors play a role in this kind of phenomenon,as a university of higher education in talents training,a training pattern of talent education becomes urgent in the new era.In view of the above,the research has analized,an investigation of tracing of the quality of talent training in 2003-2005 undergraduates,an report on the employment of P.E. undergraduates majors from the graduating year 2002-2007 and an report on condition of teaching and learning in physical culture institute in the year 2008,by the method of literature review.With the method of Occupational appraisal,the research conducted an analysis on P.E. seniors in Cattel 16 Factor Personality Questionaire and Holland proffesional interests.The writer conducted talks on P.E. professionals pertraining to problems of talent traning with P.E. experts and analized the process of individual socialization of university students via the method of behavior simulation. Considering the major problems in talent training of physical culture education at present. The writer proposed a turning talent training pattern of P.E. major undergraduates to better students adoption to social demands and P.E. major self-development,explore a new ideal talent training pattern of physical culture education major.
