The philosophy of Effective teaching comes of the Western teaching scientific movement in the first half of the 20th century. Particularly after the movement for examination on effectiveness of teaching which is affected by the pragmatism and psychology in the United States, the concept appeared in the international literatures concerning pedagogy frequently, and was regarded by the scholars all over the world. As the pivotal part in school education, whether the classroom teaching is effective, high efficient or not has an important influence on the quality of personnel training directly. The number of high vocational colleges amounts to the half of the total number of colleges and universities. However, most of them faced with the decline of education quality. Therefore, it is an important and feasible approach to improve classroom teaching effectiveness by detection the influencing factors and presenting the effective teaching strategies.A thorough investigation on classroom teaching in Henan Institute of Science and Technology (That is early Henan Vocation-Technical Teachers College) was carried out, by use of the hybrid methods including surveys, interviews with students and literature review combined. The author of the thesis tried to find the factors which influence the effectiveness of classroom teaching in the high vocational college. There are many dimensions of these factors. In the sub-macro level similar to the macro level, it is a useful attempt to undertake a multi-directional, crossed research. Thereby, the author analysis it by dimensions for this time of the main line, while the other two dimensions of it. The author tries to find how the factors impact on the effectiveness of the Vocational classroom teaching. That is, the author analysis the factors by teaching of dimensions at same time. and modern system and information of dimensions And the former include the teaching goals, the content of courses, teacher behavior, student behavior, teaching methods, teaching evaluation dimensions and so on. The later include mainly man factors and Material factors. After analysis the former factors, we find the main problems of Vocational classroom teaching in the HIST. such as teacher's ability to conduct operations is poor and teacher's vocational teaching philosophy is surface depth; Student learning is still followed the traditional model; Classroom teaching ignore the personality content; Classroom teaching ecological unbalanced; psychological environment of teaching isn't good. Interaction classroom teacher-student exchanges not obvious; Teacher's role did not change significantly; Classroom management needs to be improved and so on. And these phenomena are constraining the effectiveness of classroom teaching Vocational further development.Followed by ask questions - analysis - problem-solving ideas, on the basis of the investigation teaching in the classroom, the author carding and analysis factors which impact on effectiveness of classroom teaching in a multi-directional, three-dimensional way and construct a multidimensional graphic model of the classroom teaching. According to some objects as noted above, then the author will proposed some Corresponding measures.This paper is composed of five parts.Part one: Presentation question. Faced the situation of expansion of Higher Education in China, the quality of teaching is in the downward trend. The international experience shows that it is a necessary process to develop the vocational education. Classroom teaching as the core areas of teaching, the quality of it is good or not will impact on the quality of the training directly. It is significant that to improve and to find what factors will impact the effectiveness of classroom teaching in higher vocational college. In this part, on the basis of study of classroom teaching, the author analyses factors in a multi-directional way and try to propose a lot of measures.Part two: In this part, the author analysis the current vocational classroom teaching status in a variety of methods. And find some ineffective phenomenon such as teacher's ability to conduct operations is poor and teacher's vocational teaching philosophy in surface depth; Student learning is still followed the traditional model and so on.Part three: It mainly identifies the feature of the effective teaching of the higher vocational in this part. Effective classroom teaching has many features as below: The teaching actions should point at the effective employment of the students;Keeping the students in the best level; the professional and personal teaching content; a harmonious ecological teaching; scientifically Management in classroom teaching.Part four: On the basis of conclusion the status and feature of higher vocational education, the thesis analyses influential factors from the following three parts. The first is Time Dimension. The dimension include before the classroom teaching,in the meddle of classroom and after the classroom. The second is Dimensions on teaching. The analysis is gained followed by teaching goal,teaching content,teacher,student and teaching evaluation and so on . The third form On Dimension Teaching System and it mainly include Human factors and material factors such as teacher,student,teaching goal,teaching content,teaching environment,teaching technology and textbook.Part five: According to the above analysis, the author proposes some countermeasures and advice as following. proposing the corresponding targets of teaching( learn to use, being use and being capable of using ); establishing the academic and technological teacher team; emphasizing on the students'skill and personality; stimulating the students'motivation of learning; building up a good teaching environment; promoting the management level of classroom teaching; setting up scientific evaluation mechanism.
