Study On The Universities' Ideological Education In The Circumstances Of The Campus-Internet-Culture

With the rapid development of information and technology, as a new media, the Internet is profoundly affecting all aspects of human life.Colleges and universities are forefront of the development of information and technology positions, the network is an important channel for college students to acquire knowledge and information,which affect the students'idea of world, life and values.The development and application of the network is a "double-edged sword", which has brought positive development opportunities, but also severe challenges. How to face this new situation are problems that every ideological and political education of college must be answered.From the perspective of communication, we analyzed the impact of network by "Gatekeeper" theory, "Cultivation" theory, "Agenda Setting Function" theory, "The Spiral of Silence" hypothesis . The ideological and political education of University are efficient, democratization and diversification in the Circumstances of the Campus-Internet-Culture.At the same time, changes of subjects and the objects, content dissemination, transmission control factors and environment are new difficulties we must face now.
