The teacher specialization is mainly that the profession of the teachers should have their own the profession condition and developing system, and relevant management system and measure. And the teachers should accord with the national degree standard, necessary education knowledge, education ability, and profession morality. At present, although the reformation and development of secondary professional education of China have obtained great achievement, the teacher specialization of secondary professional education tardily develops. Though carefully researching the present situation and existing problems of teacher specialization of secondary professional education, referring to the experience of teacher specialization of America, and combining the concrete practical situation, we put forward all kinds of methods of the development of teacher specialization of secondary professional education of China, which has important theoretical and practical significance on the further development of teacher specialization of secondary professional education.On the basis of the summarization of professional education and the meaning of teacher specialization, this thesis explores and analyzes the present situation of teacher specialization of secondary professional education of China. It also clarifies that the specialization is the requirement of raising the education and teaching quality of professional schools and the social status of the teachers of professional schools. And it is one part of international teacher specialization campaign. It points that the teachers of secondary professional education lack professional knowledge and self-determination, and professional organization ability, which seriously affects the development of teacher specialization. On the basis of analyzing the environment and personal factor that affects the development of teacher specialization of secondary professional education of China and referring the experience of professional teacher specialization of America, it puts forward the methods that promote the development of teacher specialization of secondary professional education. The methods mainly are as follows: 1) Right law and policy system guarantee teacher specialization of secondary professional education. 2) The standard of"Double Ability Teacher Type"is the effective measure that promotes the development of teacher specialization. 3) Set up studying type organization and lead the teachers to realize self-development through self-studying and self-thinking. 4) Encourage teacher specialization of secondary professional education through raising salary and status of the teachers. 5) Based upon practical situation of the school, establish flexible and effective research pattern.
