In China, the minority social and culture transition is paid much attention to. The minority living regions can be broadly classified into two groups: one group located in the western region, such as Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and other provinces-- economically backward and mostly minority Living; the other located in the eastern region, such as Jiangsu, Hebei and Shandong provinces -- relatively economically developed and mostly living scattered. Hui is a young nationality, but her form has achieved relatively rapid development after several hundred years, and Hui is a most extensive distribution minority group. Throughout the country Hui can continue their production and life very smoothly, that is because when she and Han and other ethnic minorities in mixed living, she is good at being adapt to different living environment and absorb and integrate into other nationalities'cultural components. The Hui nationality scattering in Han can best reflect this point. With the social conditions of mixing with other nationalities, the scattering Hui has obviously changed in economic and cultural aspects of life, customs, religion, culture, education and so on..This paper briefly introduced as the Islam came to China and the development of Qingzhou Hui nationality, that is to say Qingzhou Hui nationality taking Islam as the carrier maintained her traditional characteristics, constantly absorbed other nationalities'cultures, and then to gradually expand prosperity . From the social development situation, we can easily find the Hui are to present an unprecedented speed into the mainstream of China's social development, which can't be separated from the development of adaptation of Hui nationality's culture. This paper will draw on previous research methods and views, and on the method of combining the field research and historical information of Ethnology , the culture transition of Qingzhou is discussed and analysed in depth. The paper has studied the culture transition of scattered and mixed areas of Hui nationality in the Central Plains, which has great significance and value to the knowledge and study of the Hui.The first part is about the introduction. The second part is about the trace-back and of economic change of Qingzhou Hui.The third part firstly discussed the changes in the customs of the Hui nationality including eating customs, taboos, funeral customs, festivals and other practices of changes; section II is about the Qingzhou Hui Marriage changes and the analysis of marriages between ethnics; Section III is about the Qingzhou hui religious and cultural ideas and the analysis of reasons for the changes; section IV is about the Qingzhou Hui education changes and its analysis. Part IV is the thinking of the culture transition of Qingzhou Hui, then is about a detailed analysis of the Hui culture transition and ethnic identity for the convinience of summing up the investigation and study of the theoretical and practical value of Hui culture transition.
