Career development barriers for woman at work mean all barrier factors for woman at work either experienced or perceived. The experimental research in this field is very few both in the west and in China.This research discussed the structure of career development barriers for woman at work in China, their working field cover electronics, aotomachinery, medical care services, teachers, government officials, finance, retail and other field, the majority participants from Guangdong provience with small amount from Shansong provience. After reclaiming 667 valid questionnaires, we got a three-factor structure of career development barriers for woman at work, by exploratory factor analysis and we tested the structure by confirmative factor analysis. We also discussed the relationship between career development barriers for woman at work and work-family conflicts, as well as career satisfaction. Thirdly, the influence of demographic was tested on the three factors. At last, we discussed the career development barriers for woman at work and female college students. The results are as follows:(1) Career development barriers for woman at work consist of three factors: barriers from work, mentally and physically troubled and family fetters.(2) Career development barriers for woman at work have positive influence on work-family conflicts.(3) Career development barriers for woman at work have negative influence on career satisfaction.(4) There are significant differences on career development barriers for woman at work in terms of age, working years, marriage, state of children, working field, position in the company and family income, no significant differences found out in degree and type of company.(5) There are significant differences on career development barriers between woman at work and female college students.
