Research On The Illeagal Crime Phenomenon Of The Teen-agers' Interner Addiction

The Internet collects all the information in the world and becomes the absorbed, exchanged, transfered and shared of information and tasted of civilization and progress of the platform. It increases the young people to absorb the ways of the information and the knowledge , shortens the human communication's time and the space, and becomes the powerful engine to promote the social development. However the technology is not always a neutral strength, it often is a double-edged sword. The network not helps the young people broaden their field of vision, accepts the avant-garde ideas, issues the forefront of world attention, spreads some decadent, or even some reactionary information, and these have the serious negative influence to young people's healthy development, which causes juvenile delinquency is increasing.In recent years, the teen-agers' interner addiction cause the illeagal crime phenomenon, which becomes a new trend of juvenile delinquency. This thesis analyzes the investigation about the teen-agers' intemer addiction and their criminal cases as well as the change of the teen-agers' intemer addiction's physical and psychological that causes the criminal cases. According to this present situation, the thesis analyzes the characteristic and the reason about the illeagal criminal case. With the prevention of juvenile delinquency practice, the thesis then proposes to prevent the teen-agers' intemer addiction that causes the illeagal crime phenomenon.This article analyzes from four aspects. The introductory part elaborates the selected topic statement and the research significance, the research present situation, the research mentality and the research technique. The first chapter of this thesis summarizes the relevant documentation and information and investigation research and finds that the teen-agers' intemer addiction causes the illeagal crime phenomenon, which becomes a new trend of juvenile delinquency. Chaper Three analyzes the intemer addiction easily causes the young people illegal crime and the youth groups characteristics. From these, points out that the young people who are infatuated the network easily causes their emotions out of control, character flaws, spiritual emptiness, causes their social responsibilities to be weaken, the morality to be deviation,the legal sanction existence lucky psychology, then they slid the illegal crime abyss. The third chapter has analyzed the bad family environment, the deviation of school education, the social education attenuation of the young people, the pulling force of the same age partner's, the attraction of the Internet bar ,which causes the objective factor of the young people to be infatuated the network. In the fourth chapter, according to the teen-agers' interner addiction that causes the illeagal crime phenomenon, proposes to strengthen the teen-agers' education and the management, prevents the infatuated the network; constructs the health the Internet, purifies the network environment ,from which causes the young people get away from infatuating in the network abyss; in view of being infatuated the illegal crime which the network causes, adopts the attack and the guard unifies, builds the effective defense line of the young people illegal crime.
