Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasure To The Professional Courses Teachers In The Higher Vocational Colleges

In the recent years, higher vocational education has been developing very fast。While the changing opinion of the talent and the quality, high quality professional workers who are educated in the higher vocational colleges are needed in the production, service and management. It's quite important to contribute a high quality group of teachers, especially the professional courses teachers.The thesis investigate the situations of the professional teachers from the literature analysis, interview, etc, and analysis the reasons to the situations from the society, colleges, teacher themselves. The thesis gets that there are some problems in the developing of the professional courses teachers which contains in the social approval level, continuous education system, the title of a technical post, working appraise.To this situation, the thesis points that the quality improvement of the higher vocational college professional courses teachers is a system subject which combines the government, society, colleges and the teacher themselves. This thesis focus on the college's point of view gives the way to solve the problems.
