Study On Situation And Strategy Of Public Sports Course In Anhui Province

With the rapid development of economic globalization ,the demand for human quality becomes increasingly high .colleges and universities are cradle of the promotion of the higher quality. Their developing orientation is to cultivate compound abilities of all-round-development persons with awareness of competitive and pioneering spirits. As the university physical education reform continues to deepen ,focusing on the teaching idea such as health first ,life-long sports, it has formed a variety of teaching modes ,of which the event–option sports course is the main one .With the recent teaching practice for several years ,now it is very necessary to study this teaching mode, it will not only promote the teaching of college sports to further reform, but has practical significance and plays an important role in improving the physical capacities of college students ,cultivating their personalities and inner qualities. Recently, part of the colleges and universities in Anhui Province have carried out and studied this teaching mode during their physical teaching course and opened the sports course more or less in the first or second year.However ,this kind sports course just limits to the event choices ,and lacks whole research . This paper studies on sports course in Anhui universities by basic theory of sports education .Through survey of the teachers and students of the sports course ,through the analysis and discussion of the present teaching status, teaching modes, teaching condition ,effect of teaching and the teaching evaluation, I aim to come to a conclusion :there are five teaching methods of Physical Education teaching in Anhui colleges and universities: namely two types, be juxtaposed a type, event options lesson types, options lesson types,combination-of-in-and-out -class types.There are twenty seven colleges and universities have adopted the event-option sports course, their sports venues, facilities and status of teachers and other basic conditions can guarantee the implementation of event—option sports course.But it is still difficult for stydents to meet all their requirements of their events options for various reasons and also it lacks sports materials which can accord with the features of colleges students and the sports course and it lacks scientific system and evaluation standard for the course.In this paper ,with using the methods of documents , questionnaire, interview and mathematical analysis and statistics, combining with the practical condition of Anhui colleges and the characteristics of students, I put forward the countermeasures for the development and reform of this sports teaching mode and make a prediction about the developing orientation of the teaching mode of event-option sports course in Anhui colleges ----the combination of in—and—out class.This paper aims to provide references for the colleges and universities physical education reform in Anhui and promote it to further degree.
