Study On Teachers' Human Resources Development And Management Of Tianjin Professional College

In the new century, it is the Party's Central Committee and the State Council's important strategy according to the economy development to push the open and development of the Binhai New Area of Tianjin actively. With the open and development of the Binhai New Area, lots of world famous companies settle branches or plants in Tianjin. Under this condition, a great number of talents of various majors and levels are needed including many higher vocational talents. Under this condition, the higher vocational schools of Tianjin make a great progress in its size, level and scope. In recent years, Tianjin Professional College, as the representative of higher vocational schools of Tianjin, has made a rapid progress in its strength, level and scope. In 2007, Tianjin Professional College was approved to be one of the demonstration higher vocational schools. With the rapid development of the college, the teachers'human resources development and management has important practical meaning. This article mainly researches into a problem on the development and management of teachers'human resources of Tianjin Professional College. Through personal interviews,review of related literature and questionnaire. It systematically analyzes the basic characteristic of higher vocational education and its cultivation goal,furthermore putting forward its demands towards teachers. Meanwhile, it analyzes the current condition of teachers'human resources of Tianjin Professional College. With the combination of higher vocational education teacher's cultivation goal, it proposes a solution to the construction of full-time and part-time teachers'group of Tianjin Professional College. Finally, based on human resources theories and advanced experience abroad, it designs the construction of development and management of teachers'human resources Tianjin Professional College. This article tries to provide implications on the construction, development and management of teachers human resources of teachers for Tianjin higher vocational schools through the study of teachers'human resources development and management of Tianjin Professional College.
