The efficiency of Middle school moral education is one of the focal points which various countries pays attention together, how to strengthen the effect of the middle school moral education, is the responsibility of all the moral education workers and it is also the important issue of the fundamental research.We have to establish the explicit target to appraise the effective of the school moral education. we must revolve the moral education goal closely, from the moral cognition, the moral emotion, the moral will, the moral behavior, specially from the moral cognition, the moral behavior and both the weight of uniform, we must make the comprehensive inspection from the aspects of patriotism, collectivism, ideal faith, democratic concept of law, basic moral character.For the above target, we collect the date from some middle school moral education. From the methods of questionnaire survey and symposium after visiting to some middle school, the analysis says the effectiveness of the present middle school moral education is low. Its low efficiency mainly performs: The moral cognition is low; The moral emotion is faint; The morals will is weak; The Outlook on life and values on life is distorte; The Moral behavior is deviate; the common courtesy consciousness is bad.The actual effect of school moral education is low, The reasons are various, it has the student subjective reason, also has the social objective reason of the social; It has the intrinsic reason of school education, also has the external reason of the family, the society and so on. It mainly says : Moral education itself has the insufficiency, including the value of the moral education orientation is biased, the moral education localization has the vacillation, the moral education content is counteracts actual, the moral education goal is malpractice; The school moral education exists is improper, the understanding of the moral education is deviation, the method of moral education is sole, moral education appraisal system is biased, some moral educater have quality question; Family education is insufficiency, including the environment of the family is unsatisfactory, the influence of the idea"Don't pay much attention to the moral education"and the low status of the guardian.
