The Research On Present Situation And Influences Of Exercises Addicted Risk Among The Elderly Persons Of Taiyuan City

On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature review and personal contacts cases,exercise addiction mechanism model is constructed and the questionnaire of measuring exercise addiction is initially compiled,providing the theoretical and practical foundation for the investigation exercise addiction.The interview of 15 veteran athletes of the elderly in the National Soccer and the old professor tennis competition are tempered by the performance of conduct interviews Phenomenology,through qualitative analysis and Nvivo software gradual coding,and measurement 580 regular exercise elderly in questionnaire Exercise addiction questionnaire in the elderly and Symptom Assessment Scale,Big Five Personality Inventory,Social Support Scale,which of 30 elderly in communities,clubs,activity centers,parks,etc,in TaiYuan city of ShanXi province.This research comes to the following conclusions:(1) According to the result of the explorative factor analysis(EFA)to the questionnaire of internet usage among the university students,we got five factors from the questionnaire.They are addiction symptom,to learned,relapse,interpersonal problem,time management -and relative problem.(2) The elderly exercise addiction questionnaire,with a higher degree of validity,can be used as assessment tool of elderly exercise addiction.(3) High group of exercise addiction was significantly higher than Low one, reflecting in the somatization,interpersonal relationships and depression factor of symptom assessment scale.(4)High group of exercise addiction was significantly higher than Low,reflecting in the adaptability,openness and sense of morality factor of Big Five Personality scale.(5) High group of exercise addiction was significantly lower than Low,reflecting in objective support and usage of Social Support Rating Scale.(6) The elderly exercise addiction,reflecting in objective support and usage of Social Support Rating Scale.It can be seen from the related research of this paper,exercise addiction is not only personal problems,there are also certain relationship of environmental and social,therefore,the design of future interventions should construct of an overall and systematic intervention system,combining social and environmental factors, psychological factors and physical factors.
