Research About The Influence Of University Student Psychologicall Healthy Praticing Emotion Strategy In Sports Teaching

This research utilized the teaching experiment method, the psychometrical menstruation ,the questionnaire method and the Mathematical method of average , in order to survey 4 classes altogether 119 university students in grade 2,who are from Public physical education of Jiamusi University .This research aspect to carry on the discussion that how to promote the university student psychologically healthy level by the sports teaching emotion strategy , Its discussion content was: Utilizing the strategy of form match the course content; Utilizing the strategy of role transformation in the teaching organization; Utilizing strategy of entity appraisal in the teaching appraisal; Utilizing the strategy of cooperation from competition in the teaching environment.Experimental result: before the experiment, of the top 119 experiment student, there are 19 students suffer psychological health problems in middle degree, accounts for 15.96%; of experimental subjects. The main psychological problems what students existing concentrates on forcing, respecting as the body , depression , hostility and sensitive mainly interpersonal relationships; comparing with the normal mould of university student in the whole country, university student's psychological health condition is more serious. Through the teaching experiment during 12 weeks, students'score of experiment group drop to some extent after testing in every index of the psychological health .Besides terrific factor, the other nine factors, total points , dividing equally have difference significance (P <0. 05), among them ,total points , dividing points , force , depression , anxiety , hostility , and additional factor have extraordinary significance difference (P <0. 01); Student'psychological health of contrast group have totally different between behind and after the teaching experiment in all indexes.(P> 0. 05). Every index of students'psychological health of two groups presents significance after the experiment. Every index score of students'psychological health of experiment group fall heavily than contrast group. These results prove: the tactics teaching of the emotion can promote the psychological health of university students to the positive respect effectively.Main contribution: (1) The situation of university students' psychologically healthy is quite serious, which concentrated expression in: Force, body respect ion, depression, hostility and sensitive interpersonal relationships. The main factors which influence university student'psychological development come from social environment, defy under the special environment of university and students themselves psychological characteristics. (2) Emotion can effectively improve the psychological health level of university student, mainly display in: the emotion tactics can alleviate university student's bad mood and behave actively; the emotion tactics can promote university students'social relationship; the emotion tactics can improve university students' self- consciousness level effectively. The emotion tactics can train student's good will quality well. (3)The emotion tactics play a positive role to the psychological health of university students through influencing the psychological effect of physical training, It is successively to the size of every index function of psychological health: Depression, mental diseases, forcing, vainlying hope disease , interpersonal relationships , anxiety , hostility , body, function is not obvious to inclined to the respect in terror.
