With China's higher education reform deepens and the development of physical education (P.E.) in schools, as well as the implement of " Sports and Health Curriculum Standard" (brief name below: P.E. New Curriculum Standard) and under the guidance concept "Health First", it has established a new aim of P.E. education, and it enables the students to form a self-determination, individuation, as well as lifelong sports learning consciousness. But how to realize the ture self-determination and how to reflect the students' individuation are still the facing problem of today's P.E. education. In order to solve the urgent problem, this research mainly focuses on the college Sanda teaching and constructs the self-help P.E. teaching pattern. The research is based on the former studies on P.E. teaching theories, and through the study of Harbin Engineering University's Sanda class, directly follows the construction elements of P.E. teaching patten, and demonstrates from the following aspects: guidance concept, teaching goals, teaching operation process, teaching methods, realizability condition and teaching evaluation. Its aim is to form the practicality and maneuverability of self-help P.E. teaching pattern in Sanda class, and to provide a reference for other sports items.This essay is totally divided into four parts: introduction, researching targets and motheds, researching result and analysis, conclusion and suggestion. It mainly adopts the literature, experiments research, questionnaire and statistics, etc. Through the research, we get the conclusion: Self-help P.E. teaching pattern fits in with college Sanda teaching, and it has a systemetic guidance concept, teaching operation process, teaching methodes, and evaluation system, and it's easy for P.E. teachers to operate. Self-help teaching pattern changes the students' attitudes towards physical exercises, and it is helpful to bring up the students' self-learning ability. It constructs a learning flatform for the students, gives prominence to the students' dominant roles in learning, and realizes the students' individuation development truly.
