With the development of pre-school education, the education for infants at the age ranging from 0 to 3 years old has aroused worldwide concern; and it has been a rage for parents taking infants under the age of 3 years to take part in the activities provided by the parent-child center according to a new instruction mode of education, which comes into being out of the current social need. This new practice has drawn close attention from the theorists and educational workers to design parent-child curriculum in the parent-child center for the infants under the age of 3 years. Many institutes as women's federations, education departments, family planning commissions, and private businesses institutes have opened the parent-child centers. According to the current investigation and the information collected by the researcher, although all kinds of the parent-child centers have launched a variety of the parent-child curriculums, there are insufficient system and standard of the curriculum without the guidance of proper theories. Therefore, it is an urgent need to test the parent-child curriculum for infants under the age of 3 years in theory and practice. In the essay, the researcher adopts the methodologies of case studies, questionnaires, interviews, observation, and other research methods and has carried out a quality-oriented study of typical parent-child center in Jiangxi Province. In the essay, the researcher had analyzed thoroughly the teaching conditions, objectives, contents, principles, methods, means of application in this parent-child center. Through investigation and study, the researcher found the characteristics of the parent-child curriculum as follows:①for teaching conditions, it lacks matching teaching materials for instructive games;②for objectives, the target is clear, and small steps are taken gradually;③for contents, everything is elastic and inclusive;④for principles, the principles of happiness, instructions and interaction are properly used, and the principles of openness and appropriateness are ignored;⑤for methods, the Game Way, the Operation Way, the ASL and TPR teaching methods are widely adopted, and the Observation Way and the Structural teaching strategies are seldom used;⑥for means, the curriculum is conceived through "learning by doing" and the teachers have been given uniform training within kindergarten, but the scientific ways are not introduced in the training process. In this paper, the researcher constructs the model of the parent-child curriculum for infants under the age of 3years in the light of above-mentioned analysis and survey. The model based on Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory and Bandura's Social Learning Theory, arranges the curriculum according to the principle of interaction (the interaction of parent-child, infant-teacher, and partners), the principle of activity and inactivity, and the principle of large amount of physical exertion combined with that of a small amount, integrates "Eight intelligences" throughout the parent-child activities, and helps infants to learn further by observation. The essay tries to retain the advantages of the parent-child curriculum of this center, get rid of its drawbacks, and reconstruct three modes of the curriculum of one hour class, half-day class, full day class. On this basis, it offers available advice to pre-school educational workers and parents of infants under the age of 3 years.
