Overall ecology is the systematic science which studies the relationship between biology and environment. It studies the interactions between human and the nature. It reveals the basic law of living nature. It's the doctrine of interrelation. It's a relatively new attempt to treat the interrelation between human and human, between human and environment and their interrelationship from the view of modern ecology. It makes ecology to be the chasing focus through putting its related theories into education and teaching. This paper is the real research which regards education and teaching as an ecological system. It studies comprehensively the internal constructing elements, characteristics, functions and interrelationship from the systematic point and view and not only confined in one aspect. Education and teaching are regarded as a typical interrelationship and interaction process between human and human, between human and environment. Teachers are regarded as the main body of education and teaching. Their survival and work conditions are very complicated. They will encounter a lot of complex situations. Only when they handle the relationship with the surrounding environment and co-evolution correctly, can they achieve sustainable development. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: The preface. On the first part, I will outline the origin of this research. And I will analyze and summarize the current situation of this research. I will interpret the ideas and methods and illustrate the values and significance of this research. The second part: Ecology and concept definition of the professional development of teachers. There is a large ecological system which is composed of the variety ecological factors in the field of ecology. The factors interact with each other. The essence of the ecology is integer and unification, harmony and symbiosis, dynamic and open, stability and balance, and sustainable development. Teacher professionalization is the professional processes of teachers who improve constantly their own professional levels and qualities, and develop gradually their occupations to have the professional characteristics. From the narrow sense, the criterion and aim of teachers' professional development mainly include teachers' own qualities and the objective environment. Among them, the development and improvement of teachers' own qualities are the fundamental embodiment and the core of the criterion and aim of the teaching professionalization development. From the teachers' own perspective, the criterion and aim of teachers' professional development mainly include professional knowledge, professional skills and professional affection. The third part: Illustrating the main problems of teachers' professional development. It involves many problems such as the effective function in the form of teachers' education and training, the single knowledge structure of teachers, the teachers' recognition of their predominant position and their roles, their passion to treat education, the evaluation of teachers' management, teachers' burnout to their job, teachers' occupational stress and other psychological problems and so on. It reveals the first-line teachers' confusion and stresses on the professional development in the modern world from many aspects. The fourth part: The ecological analysis of teachers' professional development. There are many problems in the process of the teachers' professional development. You will find that the professional development of teachers is not to follow the laws of ecology when you see it from the ecological perspective. It suppresses teachers' individuality and hinders teachers' growth. Evaluating teachers' from one way entangles teachers' hands and feet. There is no balance between teachers' training and teachers' development demands. The limited space of teachers' development is the cage which restricts teachers' growth. Giving teachers themselves all kinds of pressure are psychologically overloaded bearing capacity. These phenomena and analysis can be seen as one kind of ecological imbalance and crisis. The fifth part: The real path which is promoting the teachers' professional development from the ecological perspective. After the revisiting of teachers' professional development from the ecological perspective, I will propose the feasible advice and strategies for achieving the teachers' professional development. I will mainly illustrate it from two aspects: teachers' management and teachers themselves. For the teachers' management, schools need to update the concept of school-based training and provide appropriate space for teachers' development. At the same time, they should build an open eco-environment, not only creating from the physical environment, but also from the spiritual environment. Evaluation of the use of development and teachers' cooperation culture are the necessary conditions under the concept of ecology. The last is to settle teachers' troubles bake at home. Improving teachers' treatment should be paid continuous efforts. As for the teachers themselves, they should foster ecological thinking, and participate in the development actively, and learn lifelong, and balance the cultural structure, and reflect the experiences and lessons, and regulate emotion reasonably, which can supply the guarantee for teachers' happy teaching and happy life. Conclusion: The concluding remarks. I will reflect the former research and sum up the harvest and deficiency. At the same time, I will propose the hypothesis and prospect for the future further study.
