Reserves On Sustainable Development For The Talented Research Of Competitive Basketball In Beijing

Beijing, as the center of China' s politics, economy and culture, plays a vital role for the development of a basketball team. At the same time, Beijing has many basketball fans and got good achievements in the history. But in the last decade Beijing basketball team had poor results in the national competitions. Through the discussion with experts, we agree that the main reason for poor achievements is deficiency of the cultivation of talented young players. Therefore it is necessary for us to study the current situation of the cultivation for talented young players in Beijing. Based on the findings, we can provide the suggestions for relevant leaders, and provide references for the development of reserves of China' s basketball talented players.From the aspects of pedagogy and sociology, the author of this paper investigated the current situation, management system, coaches and the conflicts between the academics and the training of players and analyses the data according to the theory of sustainable development by means of documentation, expert investigation, questionnaire and statistics. The author finds:1,The general situation of Beijing' s basketball reserves of talented young players is poor. The training school has few training players and lack of new candidates. In the process of management, there is big conflict between training and education without much harmony. The training school is lack of good co-operation in routine management.2,The main conflicts between academics and training is unavoidable for students. The academic curriculum of training school is too simple and lags far behind the middle school. On the contrary, the traditional school is in short of training time. Thus it' s hard for them to cultivate good talented basketball players. The Beijing' s talented young basketball players have few opportunities to attend important competitions.3,The Beijing' s basketball reserves of talented young players and their coaches have good enthusiasm for basketball. However, they are still a long way to go to be talented players for low training funds and poor knowledge system of the basketball coaches.
