Probe Into The Present Situation Of Art Teaching Of Compulsory Education In Rural Areas In Xingtai

In the backgronnd of international foundational education course reform China, the new course reform has already been on the way eight years.During the eight years, we have achieved admirable results,meantime we have also accumulated precions experience.But we still have a lot of problems in teaching especially in art teaching in rural areas,we all know that the art teaching of the compulsory education invillages is not only an important constitution of the foundational education,but also is a key link to improving students comprehensive characters.Developing the art education in villages and improving the characters of village population is an inevitable trend.But the art teaching of the compulsory education stage in our villages can hardly stir up the students'interest,because of being subjected to the idea "elite education" for long term.The course structure pays more attention to the academic study and neglects its instructive function.In the classroom,teachs are emphasizing on dense and freguent skill training.And the content of teaching breaks away form the students'real life. This kind of course reduces the art's function hinders the development of the art in rural areas.Because of varions reason,the reform in the rural raeas is just on the way,and still has a long way to go.Xingtai is located in the south of Hebei province.It belongto a less developed district.This essay is based on the present conditions of this district.In the past several years.I visited twelve school masters and some leaders in local Bureau of Education.To these facts and my knowledge.I analyzed the present problems in our art teaching in villages and gave some reasonable advice.This essay includes three main parts:â‘ The present condition of art teaching in elementary education in Xingtai.â‘¡The factors to influcnce the art teaching of the village compulsory education.â‘¢Suggestions of the art teaching of the village compulsory education.The main views of this essay:Generally speaking,the art teaching in our most villages lags.There are not enough art teachers;there is short of teaching equipments. The idea of educating all-round students hasn,t accepted by all the practitioners.The education idea,the content of the course and the teaching method are out of date.All these must be reformed.The art educators of the villages should change their old ideas and enrich their knoeledge to meet the taste of the new course reform,and devote to the rural art teaching couse.We know in villages there are a lot of natural and social resources.All these can be used as our teaching schould combind the idea of the new course reform with the local circumstance to create new teaching mode with local features,and gride the art teaching to brighter future.
