Survey On P.E. Present Condition Of Hope Primary School In Lu'an

Hope school are donated by hope project.In the past 16 years,hope schools have promoted the implement of compulsory education and made numerous children return to class.Lu'an Anhui locates in Dabie mountain areas,is one of the birthplaces of hope project and also is the location of the first hope primary school in China.So the hope schools there are representive,therefore,study on the current condition of P.E.there and proposal of developing strategy contribute greatly to raising P.E. teaching quality in hope schools and promoting the fulfillment of "Exercise one hour one day".By far,ther is not a full study on P.E. current condition in hope schools and this stugy can fill the void.At the same time,it can reflect the working condition of hope project and offer a reference for its development.This essay made an inquiry into 14 hope schools,6 common schools by documentary search,inqyiry,polls and data statistics and found main problems of P.E.in hope schools by contrast between hope schools and common schools.Finally,we have the calculation:Hope schools in Lu'an fall behind of city schools,are equal to town schools and are better than countryside schools;P.E.Teachers are greatly in short;except the class exercises, other outside physical activities can't develop normally;physical activity court,equipments can't satisfy the need of basic P.E.And outside physical activities.We proposed some strategies for the development of hope project:Responsible departmentshould strengthen the management,renew concepts and perfect the compulsory system gradually; hope project should enter into hope school,donators should participate the daily management,fasten teachers building and management and teachers post education;standardize physical activities;solve the problems of P.E.Expenditure shortage.
