Explore And Analyze The Development Present Situation And Orientation Of Volleyball Club In Shanxi Universities

With China' s Economic System Reform,the sports club system has been introduced and flourished,through which Chinese sports are improved more in achievement and economic benefit.The superiority of sports club triggers some universities to bring in and improve it to adapt to the local need.After repeated reform practice,many universities and colleges has obtained success in teaching in the whole country. Universities in Shanxi Province now are on the development road to sports club system as well,even though Shanxi Province tends to be cautious in the introduction of new things and starts relatively late.As the main sports item in university physical education in Shanxi Province,volleyball is also the main reform project whose success or failure becomes more and more significant.For the above reason,this paper makes the investigation and analysis of the development on volleyball clubs among 11 universities in Shanxi Province,with investigation method,literature consultation and mathematical statistic method.The results of investigation suggests that there are three origination forms:individual volleyball club;extra-curricular volleyball club;volleyball education club,with the comparison and analysis on their financial source,fields and establishments,personal structure and activity time respectively.Based on the study of three main factors affecting the development of clubs,namely,natural environment;social affections and affections form the university inside, the paper reveals the natural environment in Shanxi Province is not good for outdoor activities;the popularization,community development and media promotion is not excellent;there is the communication deficiency between leaders in clubs and universities.In view of problems existing,the paper puts forward new organization forms and comes up with some suggestions about teaching content,funds,management level and propaganda etc. From the above research and analysis,conclusions are drawn as follows:1.Volleyball clubs in Shanxi Province are still at the starting stage.2.There is lack of fields and establishments and confusion of club management3.The insufficient ideological cognition is the common problem in leadership of university.4.Attitudes from teachers and students5.At present,volleyball is inferior to other dominant events6.Volleyball clubs should absorb advantages and develop its own features.With the hope of promoting its development,the paper makes such a research,aiming at expanding the theory level on volleyball club reform and providing reference for other university sports club in other provinces.
