Young adulthood is defined according to the physiological changes and the life development task of adults. Combined with the legal rule and the prevalent view of psychology and adult education sector, the age of young adulthood is defined as 18-35 years old in this paper. During the period, adult's philosophy and sense of worth tends to be stable, most of those adults have started to work, go into marriage,bear the social responsibility, and also put forward to higher requirements for their own development.It is necessary and urgent to exploit the resource of adult learners for this period. The exploitation of resouce to young adulthood's learners can not only enhance the quality of the young adulthood's learners but also improve their life situation,and then enhance the living conditions of their families.and therefore promote the development of human society. It can also improve the people's quality all sidely, increase the educational opportunities and then promote social harmonious. At the same time,it can also expand the resouce of young adulthood's learners,accelerate the reform of adult education. In terms of theory,the exploitation for young adulthood's learners have many theoretical basis which are the social role and social mobility theories, learning ability and mental maturity level theories, career planning theory and lifelong learning theory ect.Although the exploitation of resouce to the young adulthood's learners has made certain achievements, there are still many problems,which are the weak exploitation awareness of the adult schools,the shortage of individual career planning awareness,the lackness of public opinions and security mechanisms,the neglectation of non-diploma education.In allusion to the current issues, adult schools should take active measures to reform in all aspects of the resouce's exploitation. According to the principle of people-centered, positioning development and the suiting measures to local conditions.the adult schools should exploit the teaching content in social adaptive education, vocational education and social life education. In the development of specific ways, to attract more young adulthood learners to accept education, adult school should do some detailed adjustments in following four aspects which are the public opinion,school practices,personal study, policies and systems.
