In recent years, for its unique exercise methods and well effects on both physical and mental aspects, aerobics project became popular in China and was favored by high school students. A pivotal goal of colleges Physical Education is to cultivate students to master the scientific way of physical exercise and form a good habits of life-long physical. Backward, The cognitive and behavioral of Aerobics for University Students are not only a response of teaching aerobics results, but also reflected the scientific level and life-time exercise habit formation of college students who engaged in aerobics exercise. Therefore, this research has strong practical significance. Methods:In this study, literature, questionnaire, interview, data statistics, logical reasoning, etc were used to analysis South Jiangsu province Aerobics analysis cognitive and behavioral of College Students. Specific studies as follow: the College Students Perception of Aerobics, understanding and evaluation of the meaning of a concept or beliefs constitute a cognitive system to reflect the University Students agree or disagree tendencies on aerobics exercise; University Students and bodybuilding Fuck all acts related activities constitute the conduct of the system. The cognition and behavior system of University Students which related to aerobics exercise. the impact of acts of cognition, and behavior can be part of the cognitive control, at the same time, behavioral science and also a lasting impact on cognitive development. Results:The aerobics cognitive of the Students in Jiangsu College of the south imbalances exist. Its higher cognitive aspects: University Students of Aerobics cognitive function of higher levels of value, a more reasonable goal setting exercise to aerobics exercises have a strong interest in aerobics authorized to operate for the public, and life-long practice of projects, etc. so, Aerobics Study of University Students has a more positive initial attitudes. On the other hand: University Students of Aerobics content, property, training methods, requirements and competitive calisthenics are less cognitive. Performance for Aerobics shallow knowledge, limitations and lack of systemic must. Although the students of the Jiangsu southern college have a more positive attitude to aerobics exercises, but the whole behavior Callisthenics is a lower level. The performance of acts for the University Students aerobics have small room, the lack of time. an the same time, aerobics exercises as a relatively narrow channels, there are aerobics classroom teaching and after-school or school Aerobics Exercise Aerobics Club practice. students practice aerobics moves less standardized exercise less scientific. While most students experience tempered the effects of general satisfaction, although the lack of scientific practice act affects the students the ideal effect of aerobics exercises available; University Students Aerobics lower consumption levels, mainly in apparel and Aerobics out-of-school aerobics club. Recommendations:The first,The efforts to comprehensive improve quality of teaching aerobics. Secondly ,we should try to expand ways for students to practice Aerobics. Thirdly,we should try to create a variety opportunities for aerobics performance and competition, at the same time, It is necessary for the students to create a cultural Atmosphere Aerobics in campus.At the last,It is the key to strengthen the operational capacity of aerobics teacher.
