It' s the main mission of training preparing for the compete to foster and form the emulous state,the state and impact of a player in the training not only depend on the own sense of the coach and player but also need quantitative and accurate data to validate and support their sense,this is the meaning of the training surveillance and control.It' s the meaning of quantitative diagnosis to adopte scientific. logical,quantitative surveillant method and means in order to collect the player' s information and sort out,sum up,analyse them,then evaluate the player' s tactics level and finding out the deficiency of training so as to provide basis for raising the quality of tactics training.Scientific and detailed training surveillance and control is the basis of diagnosis,scientific and exact diagnosis is the prerequisite of raising technique and tactics training level,quantitative diagnosis is the only way to raise the veracity of diagnosis.Comparing with qualitative research,quantitative research can describe the characteristic of things more clearly and exactly and understand the inwardness of things.The factor of affecting the player' s training is in many ways,but training surveillance and control and quantitative diagnosis is absolutely necessary,neither is dispensable.This article takes national first and second team as research background,takes Wang Shah who is sent to a lower grade from national first team to national second team as object of study,makes detailed and selective technique and tactics surveillance and control during a training cycle(2005.3.11-4.16),and makes quantitative diagnosis research on every surveillance and control content,reports to the coach group on Wang Shah' s behave in the match or training in order to take reference to coach group,improve on training method,raise training quality,promote Wang Shan' s technique and tactics,hopes to make reference on the national table tennis talent product line of "durative development" and national rundle construct. On this base,this article maks groping research on the several aspects of the following in order to take sustainment on the national table tennis women' s second team of the new sports condition after the new laws.(1)Through seting up the main indexes and parameters of technique and tactics surveillance and control and quantitative diagnosis in the table tennis training to lay a foundation for this research and test its feasibility through practice.(2)Through scientific work in the national table tennis women' s second team on a player,test the practice effect of the method of technique and tactics surveillance and control and quantitative diagnosis in this reseach.(3)Through probing in the influence of new laws to table tennis technique and tactics training,search for the breach of effective diagnosis,in order to provide viable quantitative diagnosis method for the reserve forces of natian women' s second team,especial the key player.(4)Under the new sports condition,probing in the practice signification of technique and tactics surveillance and control and quantitative diagnosis research in a short time for the reserve forces of national table tennis women' s second team.
