This paper takes the athlete's perception of the coach social support as a starting point, takes the open-ended questionnaire survey and half structure interview as the main research technique.Supported to the athlete's perception of the coach social support has carried on a preliminary understanding, and established "the Athlete's Perception of the Coach Social Support Questionnaire" according to the result of content analyse about investigation and the interview. The initial questionnaire supports two aspects, including the training and the competition support as well as the life and individual growth,28 items in all.Including training and competition aspect 15 items as well as life and individual growth aspect 13 items.Through the factor analyse about the initial questionnaire,we found that, the two dimension correlation very high,so we synthesized two dimensions, obtained the sole dimension【the Athlete's Perception of the Coach Social Support Questionnaire】,9 items in all.Took【the Athlete's Perception of the Coach Social Support Questionnaire】and【the Athlete Burnout Questionnaire】as measuring tools. The athletes' burnout score with the athlete's perception of the coach social support has the obvious inverse correlation, but there are no remarkable differences the relationship between the athlete burnout three dimensions and the coaches social support. Also no difference was found controling the sex or movement time. Therefore the hypothesis only was the part confirmed, this perhaps was small related with this research sample choice.Perhaps moreover, burnout is a state variable, the athlete's whole condition is very important to it,therefore,in later this research the time series correlation research is a quite good choice.
