A Study Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Enterprise Education In Higher Vocational Colleges In Hunan Province

Since the 21^st century,with the economic development,the adjustment of industrial structure,the fast advancement of urbanization,the deep reform of our government and the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities,the heavy burden of employment has arisen,which is a serious social problem now.The rate of employment of higher vocational college graduates is far below that of undergraduates and postgraduates and therefore the problem of employment with higher vocational students is much more serious.As a result,it is very important and of realistic significance to guide graduates in higher vocational colleges to develop the enterprise education and cultivate a large number of individuals to enhance the employment competitive power.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter discusses the necessity and the feasibility of the enterprise education in higher vocational colleges.Based on questionnaires the second chapter analyzes the actualities of the enterprise education developed in Hunan province and reveals the problems existing in higher vocational colleges.The third chapter introduces the experience of American enterprise education for reference and summarizes the typical enterprise education models and experience of our country.The fourth part puts forward strategies in this field to solve the problems in higher vocational colleges.According to the inner logic of things,by means of documents, investigation,and comparison and so on,this thesis states and studies the above content.
