The Happiness Of Teachers' Occupation In Primary And Middle Schools And Its Promotion

Life is the existance form of people's will,which is not tired or bitter,but happy and enjoyable.Since I have been devoted to teaching for over twenty years,I have deeply experienced the hardship of teachers' work and knoWn what teachers have in mind in their daily life.At one time I felt painful and even confused but meanwhile,more deeply,I have grasped the greatness of the course of education and the nobleness of the teachers's occupation.Little by little,I sensed delighted as well as hard in my work and I have gradually comprehended the happiness of the teachers' occupation.Based on the survey of the life and work of the primary and middle school teachers in the northwest of Hubei Province,I try to grasp their real understanding of the teachers' occupation.By researching into it,I attampt to explore the approaches to the happiness of teachers' occupation as well as its promotion,in the hope of bring forward some practical strategies to educating supervisers.The article includes four sections:Section one:the significance of the happiness of teachers' occupation,which is explored from several aspects,namely teachers' mental and physical health,teachers' living demand,teachers' motives of their major development as well as their achievement' influence on the course of education.Section two:the basic content of the happiness of teachers' occupation,which is thrown light on from the happiness of training students,the respect and admiration from students and the experience about educational exploring.Section three:the present survey of the happiness of teachers' occupation,through which the article analyses the causes affecting teachers'inner feelings.Section four:the promotion of the happiness of teachers'occupation,in which part the article comes up with the strategies,mainly about how to advance the index of happiness in terms of teachers individually.
