The Coaches Performance Evaluation Indicators System Design Based On The Balanced Score Card

At present,the evaluation of coaches performance in province A is so simple.The evaluation of coaches only relied on the race results of athletes as the sole criterion for the performance to coaches.The race rank of athletes which they won was affected by a variety of factors,such as the athletes' own quality,the coaches' teaching ability and the match environment,etc.So,only relied on the race rank,the "ex-post evaluation" can not be a just and comprehensive evaluation to the performance of coaches,and it is not conducive to improve the coaches' work enthusiasm.In this paper,design the coaches' performance evaluation Indicators based on the Balanced Scorecard,beginning from the strategic objectives of the Shooting center, discuss the key drivers to achieve the strategic objectives,analysis the shooting center strategic plans from four dimensions,Including customer needs,internal process management,learning development and financial control;build the Balanced Scorecard of center and coaches from the strategic plans,focus on Coaches' Balanced Scorecard evaluation indicators,Including 12 performance indicators,Etc.race,training results, training programs,training,implementation,security management,day-to-day management and so on.Calculated the indicators weights by the way of AHP.In this course,coaches performance indicators refining from the project center's long-term strategies and short-term goals,and keep the Performance indicators consistency with the central objective,highlighting the focus of performance appraisal;and the indicators closely with coaches job responsibilities,reflects the major role of performance appraisal is the workflow management.
