The Research On Independent Colleges' Cultivating Quality Of Persons Of Ability

With the process of China's popularization of higher education, a new form of higher education, the independent college which makes use of their own educational and teaching resources to attract the social funds emerges as the time requires. Independent college not only excavates the potential of public college and further alleviates the contradiction between the people's exuberant need of accepting good higher education and the limited supplies of higher education in our country, but also causes the main body of higher education diversified.However, talents' cultivation is the central task and the basic mission of higher education. Cultivating quality of persons of ability is also the foundation of survival and development of newly emerging independent college. As the market economy competition is day by day intense, it has to train the high grade talented persons who conform to the market demand if independent college wishes to maintain the sustainable and healthy development.This article first sorts out the concept and content of persons of independent college, ability, quality, quality of talented persons cultivating, reveals the change of attitude on quality of talents in popularized higher education and the influence of the change on education model, and then limits the attitude on quality of talents. This article also proposes that the talented persons of independent college should be expansible, compatible, compound, the integral and innovative.This article analyzes the factors of influencing talented persons' quality from interior factors to exterior factors. Interior factors include student, teacher, independent college's management, establishment of curriculum and professional, talent-trained model. Exterior factors include school, family, society, and so on. This article tries to structure a mechanism to guarantee the quality of independent colleges' talented persons by analyzing the present situation on how interior and exterior factors influence talented persons' quality in independent college.
