Theoretical Study On Training Combination Of Sports And Education PE Teachers

In the past two to three decades China's competitive sports have achieved spectacular results. This glorious achievement is based on tens of thousands participants giving up learning and concentrating on the training. With the continuous development and progress of society, the required ability of sports participants is more comprehensive. However, the competitive sport participants can not meet this requirement at this stage. In order to adapt the needs of social development, China's competitive sport is bound to the system of sport school training. That is combination of athletics and education. Combination of athletics and education is based on the target teachers realized. However, China's sports academies for cultivating physical educational teachers is limited to the mode of traditional school teaching. And the situation does not match future development needs, so training the physical educational teachers that combine athletics and education is the priority problem. Combination of athletics and education PE teachers refers to those teachers who can teach PE and can also train high level athletes.The main body of this article studies the theory of combining physical education teachers This paper summarizes the current teacher training system through literature and logical thinking method. Through questionnaire, statistical method, comparative analysis method, it statistical analyzes curriculum, students of special sport skills. The results show that the quality of students has declined at this stage; curriculum only focuses on the teaching aspect, and neglecting sports training and practice. The results lead to poor practice skills. For special skills, the majority of students are at lower levels of competition. The gap between them and physical education teachers is large. According to the above feedback, this paper designs a physical education sports teacher training system. The system focuses on strengthening special skills, teaching practices, and the combination of training and practice. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the implementation of training system.
