Since the expansion of higher education, the employment of university graduates is becoming the very much concern of the community. Whenever there is a new round of job-peak, there will be much increased concerns about the employment issue of college graduates. Report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has promoted the issue to a new level, which noted that "employment is the basis of people' s livelihood." There is no doubt that the employment of college students is essential to the stability of the whole society and social development. The employment of College students is not only student issue, family issue, and school issue, but also a social problem for the entire society.The Concern about the employment of university students should not only concentrate on the employment rate, but also should pay attention to the whole process of job searching. Especially, the university should cultivate college graduates to look at the job hunting process as a learning process or the process of personal career development, so as to enable them to continuously reflect on their job searching history and job hunting process in a timely manner to adjust their own job searching strategies, mentality, objectives, expectations, and ultimately get a satisfying job.The study found that active and passive job-seeking process models are two basic models. University graduates of different job-seeking process models have very different experiences in job search awareness and motivation, job action and so on. However, through this period of job seeking, they obtained a certain degree of growth and progress.This paper is divided into five chapters:As the introduction chapter, the First chapter introduces the origins of this study, the significance of this research program and the overall framework and ideas about the research. The main part of this chapter is to examine a large number of relevant documents, study, and conclusion. The author reviewed the existing research and study in this chapter, which has the significant meaning to start this study, and the follow-up research.Chapterâ…¡to Chapter IV is the main part of this study. In these chapters, the author demonstrates three representative specific cases to analyze what the college graduates learned in the process of job hunting and how did they learn through interpretation of case analysis. Summarize and horizontal comparison the learning model of their job hunting process. At the same time, the author describes major job searching experiences of the cases, and analyses the impact factors of their job hunting and their personal value in finding jobs, analyzing how the job hunting experiences influence their career development and the significance of such experiences to their career development.Chapterâ…¤is the conclusion and introspection of this study.
