With the rapid growth of world economy, the tendency of economic globalization and personal internationalization becomes more and more popular. The economy is turning to rely on creative knowledge rather than traditional infrastructure investment. The learning style of higher education is completely changed due to the development of internet and multimedia technology. According to the current status of the development of domestic higher education, people's demand to take higher education becomes more and more stronger, to be an international perspective, creative and practical talent in order to catch up with the rapid growth of economy.At the same time, popularization of higher education in China has entered a stage of development. Enhancing the quality of higher education management, setting up a systematic, scientific and efficient quality assurance system, cultivating qualified college graduates with the characteristic of creative and practical, to serve the sustainable social development, and closely with social development, has become a major issue of sustainable development to the universities.In recent years, with the Ministry of Education carrying out "211" project and "985" project, the quality of higher education is largely improved, the image of higher education program has been got rid of out-dated knowledge, educational style and concept.However, the contents lack of innovation, theory lack of depth of support, there is no theoretical research in a real educational judge's point of view, to sum up an applicable operation. Therefore, the study and the practice on evaluation indicators to curriculum system of higher education are extremely important.In this paper, based on curriculum and assessment theory, a set of evaluation indicators is found with inference, induction and classification. Taking software engineering discipline of E University as an example, the author explores the evaluation of the subjected curriculum. The author constructs a set of evaluation indicators for the curriculum system of higher education with the characteristics of fair, objective and effective. Then, applying AHP to put weight on each indicator, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combining with DELPHI approach is introduced to construct the evaluation model. The study of curriculum evaluation index system with a certain degree of scientific, operational as well as to promote and carry out courses on the evaluation of colleges and universities learn from and reference value.
