Inference is a very important component in text reading. As one of the most important and basic forms, Anaphoric Inference is not only the basic requirements to structure the coherence mental models but also one of the primary form to keep the text coherence. So many scholars have a deep research on the design mechanism of Anaphoric Inference. But deaf student is ignored. So I have a deep research about this, I use the real-time and time-lapse methods to compare how many differences between high and low deaf students when they use Anaphoric Inference during text reading. The first part is background and structure. Through reviewing the theories and progress of reading processing and the researches of reading ability of deaf readers, the research framework was founded. The second part is made up of three experiments. Experiment 1 and experiment 2 are using for searching two kinds of anaphoric inferences. Experiment 3 has a deep research on mechanism of Anaphoric Inference and its ability. The material that experiment 3 used has been improved base on experiment 2. In experiment 1, eye movement measure, probe technique and questions answering were used to study the bridging inference of deaf students on local coherent level. In experiment 2 and 3, the same methods have been used; also relay-reply is used together with them. The result is analyzed by two software named "Begaze" and "SPSS". Result of experiment 1 show: all the deaf students have Anaphoric Inference of real-time pronoun and their ability of Anaphoric Inference match with their reading ability; Result of experiment 2 show: there is no substantial Anaphoric Inference for all the deaf students with difference level of reading; Result of experiment 3 show: there is no partial code in all level deaf students. The results of total three experiments demonstrated that all the deaf students can get anaphoric inference and it matches with their reading ability although they have different levels; but all testers have no real-time noun Anaphoric Inference. In additional, we found that the deaf students with poor reading ability have a short coherence also their attention is disordered. But the skilled testers have reverse results after we analysis all the experiment results.
