The teacher professional development is the trend of the reform and development of international teacher education. It is also the practical requirement to improve the ability of elementary and middle teachers. Developing the evalating system for the classroom teacher art of middle school chermistry teachers is an important means to increases teaching .It is also one of the key parts for teacher professional development. In recent years , to guarteenn the new foundution education of chemistry reforming and new course of chemistry practice smoothly , high-efficient teaching of middle school chemistry teachers are necessary. In order to let the chemstry teachers understand their advantage and shortage, it is very necessary to set up the evaluating indicators system. Therefor,the auther base on research result of the teaching art and request of the chemistry course taeching for the teacher. The auther have interiewed the middle chemic teacher and then seted up the evaluating indicators system .During the construction of medical experiment teaching evaluation system, we must definitude the characteristics of guide direction, science, feasibility, effect and comparability. Firstly, the author constructed the evaluating indicators by literature study and brain storm ,then edited teacher's questionnaire. Secondly, the author uses exploring factors analysis to construct index system. The system include7 per class the index signs and 23 second class index signs, the author evaluated formal questionnaire's reliability and validity by cronbach a and correlation test.
