Ordinary middie school teaching evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation for the quality of teaching and other teaching work. The evaluation results is an important indicator for a school's performance. So the ordinary middle school teaching evaluation is very important and meaningful.This thesis mainly studies ordinary middle schools teaching evaluation and the forecast of academic achievement, but the study of ordinary middle school teaching evaluation is the main content. This thesis mainly contains: China's current teaching evaluation research for ordinary middle school, the research of value-added evaluation's basic theories about school effectiveness, school effectiveness value-added evaluation's practice and exploration, academic statistical analysis and its forecast, the system of teaching value-added evaluation is in line with China's basic values of public policy. The thesis is a comprehensive summing-up to author's research work. Its key contents include as follows:(1) Analysis the problems about China's current ordinary middle schools' teaching evaluationIntroduce some common methods used in ordinary middle school teaching evaluation, analyze the basic elements of it , and the two values within the evaluations, then pint out problems and deviations existing in China's current teaching evaluation system on the basis of these analyses ,(2) Exploring the basic theories of school effectiveness value-added evaluationFirst , introduce some basic concepts and general understanding of school effectiveness and value-added evaluation, and then set forth some evaluation model used in these evaluations ,finally ,describe the characteristics of school effectiveness value-added evaluation in detail, these characteristics include Sample request, evaluation of the indicators, Value-added calculation and the components and choice of model.(3) Putting forward school effectiveness value-added evaluationIn the early 1990s, China has many scholars who have done a lot of work in tracking and introducing the latest developments of the international's school effectiveness. But the reserch of measuring school effectiveness of empirical research and practice used value-added evaluation methods are rare. This thesis is based on related datas of schools in Chengdu in Sichuan Province , and carry out value-added evaluation study.(4) Establishing academic statistical analysis and forecast modelTaking Chengdu as an example, first introduce a set of statistical evaluation indicators for examinations at all levels of the city, which more comprehensive and specific, and creatively put forward the subject of the contribution of total factor and the formula to measure the development of teaching and the overall balance factor formula, then established a mathematical model of evaluation Billing Division contrast, the overall evaluation of comparative mathematical model and proposed a comprehensive increase (progress) formula, and other factors ,and finally establish the academic forecast model.(5) Demonstrate that the system of teaching value-add evaluation is in line with the fundamental value of public policyOrdinary middle school teaching evaluation using value-added evaluation method will help to promote China's educational development. Education fair is the corner stone of social justice. So when the school effectiveness value-added evaluation becaming a public policy, it is in line with the basic values of public policies and its value orientation.
