At present, the interest-related research which involves Social Network is relatively neglected, and an organized positive interest-related social network will cultivate opportunities for the establishment of cross-cutting social contacts, and ensure that society will " Organic unity." In a formal organization, the interest-related Social Network is a must that is based on the formation of the sharing of resources or experience.An organization can enrich the social lives of the members of the organization, foster the organization attachment,enhance the organization cohesion,and form the mechanisms of the organization's long-term development.by controling such informal relations effectively.This thesis chooses a Social Network in a interest-related group that exists in the large-scale state-owned enterprises and developes under the leadership of the union.In use of Social Network Theory ,it describes a Social Network based on the interest and embeds emotions,which exists in a business organization. This thesis also analyses the Social Network. And based on this study, a network of actors associated with the union through the Social Network obtaining organization attachment has been found. This article has three fundamental discoveries: First, in a micro-personal view, the Social Network in interest-related groups that exists in a bussiness organization is an effective way to obtain organization attachment;Second,in the organizational view, the Social Network based on the interest-related group that exists in an organization can build an organic unity;Third, organizations focus on the development of the positive interest-related group, fostering the organization attachment in order that the members can make more active behaviors for the development of the organization.
