The Study On Status Quo And Strategy Of Dance Sport Teaching In Universities Of Gansu Province

In recent years, dance sport has made rapid progress and subsequently entered into the college class. But its theoretical research and practical experience are also relatively weak, resulting in the Dance Sport Teaching and training, popularization and promotion of sports, activities appear insignificance.Utilizing literature survey, expert interviews, classroom observation method and data of the Statistics, the paper carries out investigation of 14 colleges and universities of Gansu Province. The results show that: (1) Development trend of dance sport is unbalanced between the colleges, and widespread rate is low. General categories of institutions carry out better, but for physical education major students do not open the curriculum features, not enough effort. (2) Gansu Province College Dance Sport relating activities of the organization is still in the gaps, inter-school exchanges between the poor, and the lack of campus activities must be organized, systematic and coherent manner. Gansu College Dance Sport Association, clubs and community groups also did not form scale and the lack of a complete management system. (3) About Gansu Province College Dance Sport curriculum, there is no standardized curriculum and teaching materials, teaching methods, a single-system, teaching content randomness strong. The problem is a larger proportion of selection boys and girls having wide gap, seriously affecting the effectiveness of teaching. (4) Dance Sport Teacher age structure of Gansu Province College is high, academic structure which has a larger space for development, and the lack of major high-level teacher, teacher main source of knowledge is the short-term training and self-study, there are lack of good, sustained re-education and professional Postgraduate opportunities and platforms, the knowledge structure of the imperfect, the old and more serious, and scientific research capacity is relatively weak. (5) Of the current students of Gansu Province College, Dance Sport has smaller population, and appears two small and middle big situation, values of the Dance Sport, and sports Fitness is also lack of depth of consciousness, but the Dance Sport studying is positive and practical high demand. Dance Sport Events have more monotonous forms of participation, lack of professional training and guidance. Dance Sport of consumption relative to other projects has the high side, at a certain extent, limiting the population Dance Sport development. (6) Dance Sport of Gansu College can not be optimistic about the teaching environment, and poor physical condition of equipment is far from meeting venues. Human environment is weak, low awareness. Some colleges and universities consider that Leaders think Dance Sport is "marginal category of project.The thesis puts forward the sustainable development of targeted countermeasures: (1) colleges and universities should take the initiative to strengthen the vertical and horizontal contact, expand space development, increase exchanges and cooperation of Dance Sport of fellowship in society, arrange actively organizing events expanding school profile, draw on the successful experience of social clubs and methods, and promote the development of Dance Sport in Colleges and Universities to provide a rich atmosphere of the campus dance. (2) Positively change the concept of leadership of University Sports Department in order to increase support for the project. Set up long-term training re-education mechanism. Strengthen the operational level of teachers, and actively introducing high-level talent. (3) Reinforce theoretical research of Dance Sport, speed up the Dance Sport curriculum system and optimize the teaching methods, teaching contents and materials specification.
