Analysis On Mental Health Level And Influencing Factors Among Juvenile Offenders From Supervision Station In Hefei

Objective The aim of this study was to understand psychologically healthy level of juvenile offenders in Hefei, and to analyze the factors affect their psychologically healthy level. And to provides the scientific basis for the further conduct on healthy education and the intervention .Methods 51 peoples from each squadron through simple random sampling method and 8 squadrons from youth Supervision Station center in HeFei through cluster sampling method altogether 408 peoples were assessed by anonymous questionnaires. We mainly use the internationally recognized SCL-90 psychology screening meter and the parents children relate evaluation meter for the psychologically healthy level screening and the behavior puzzle degree between parents and children.Results We altogether investigated 408 crime young people, masculine 393 people, feminine 15 people, aged 13-30 years old, average age for 18.99±1.95; In the 10 factors screeninged psychologically healthy level, some 3.2% individuals have the somzatization symptom, some 6.9% individuals have the force symptom, 7.4% have the interpersonal relationship sensitive symptom, 4.9% individuals have the despondent symptom, 4.9% individuals have the anxious symptom, 9.8% individuals have the hostile symptom separately, 2.2% have the terrorist symptom, 7.1% have the biased symptom, 5.9% individuals have neurosis somzatization symptom, some 8.3% individuals have other symptoms. The total screening masculine gender rate is 21.3%, the male is 21.1%, the female is 26.7%, the difference does not have the significance (X~2=0.265, P=0.607), between the different age group various factors screening masculine gender rate and always screenes the masculine gender rate difference also not to have the significance. In the possibility affects the crime young people psychologically healthy level in the factor, the single factor analysis result showed: The family address (X~2=4.149, P=0.042), the study pressure (X~2=11.068, P=0.001), the parents relate (X~2=5.363, P=0.021; X~2=5.363, P=0.010) and parents whether to go out hiring out for working (X~2=3.303, P=0.083) and so on factors possibly to crime young people psychologically healthy level influential. The multi-factor findings showed controls other variables the influence to have, relates intensely to the psychologically healthy level's influencing factor for the study pressure and the parents. Moreover relates the puzzle degree to the parents children through many item of order single factor logisitic the regression analysis, finally demonstrated that affects the parents to relate the puzzle degree the influencing factor mainly to have the going to school degree, goes to school when with schoolmate relates, the study pressure, the family financial circumstances, the mother years of schooling, relates with the father, how makes a mistake when the parents to teach, the parents whether to go out hiring out for working; The multi-factor analysis result showed: Affects the parents children to relate the puzzle degree the influencing factor is mainly the study pressure, the family financial circumstances and the mother years of schooling.Conclusion There are more serious psychologically healthy problem in this community of crime young people, affects its psychologically healthy level the factor to have the family address, the study pressure, the parents relations and the parents whether to go out, specially the parents relate intensely do not favor the child young people psychologically healthy to grow, the parents children relate the puzzle degree to be more serious, its psychologically healthy level is worse, factors and so on study pressure, family financial circumstances and mother years of schooling are affect the parents children to relate the puzzle degree the major effect factor. Therefore we should develop the psychologically healthy related influencing factor vigorously in theirs home environment and the living conditions the public education, enables the crime young people to understand comprehensively and to grasp about the psychologically healthy level related knowledge, sets up the correct world outlook and the outlook on life. Especially must hold the crime young people world outlook, the values the timeliness which forms, protects its physical and moral integrity development.
