Since last century 90's, domestic universities began to focus on community to raise funds, and the platform of fund-raising and operation is usually Education Foundation. Compared to developed countries, the development of University Education Foundation in our country is still at the initial stage and not perfect, which still have more room for development. Therefore, taking University Education Foundation history and development in United States and other developed countries for reference, it is good for us to study and analyze influential factors to the development of China's University Education Foundation and, at this stage, it also has an important theoretical and practical significance to facilitate and promote the development of the University Education Foundation in China.This article holds that the development of University Education Foundation is increasing of donation from community and strengthening of financial operation; University, donors, and the University Foundation have the relationship of interaction, and the three are all affected by politic, economy and cultural conditions. This article is divided into five parts. Introduction part gives questions and analysis the significance and value of research from both theoretical and practical. This part also reviews the necessary documents, combine Idea of study, Definite some concept and find the theoretical foundation of this paper. The first chapter, summing up the history and development of University Education Foundation both in China and foreign countries, it points out that the China University Education Foundation is still at its initial stage, and has a certain gap comparing with University Education Foundation overseas. The second chapter analyzes the macro factors of social donation of China's University Education Foundation, and the motivation of donor's contributions. Chapter III analyzes the policy factors, the investment environment as well as the Foundation's own factors to the operation China's University Education Foundation's funds. Chapter IV brings forward some of my personal thinking for the future development of China's Education Foundation.
