Classroom is not only the main space for teachers'teaching and students'learning, but the place which full of the teachers and the students major activity spot also. Good classroom order is the basis of the successful teaching, and it includes the expectation of the teachers and the students, the contradiction, the collision, the compromise and the accordance. In order to build the best teaching, the teachers always demand their students obey the rules, and ask them do what the teachers do, and help them rectify the irrelevant behaviors.After examining the present situation of the traditional classroom order, the thesis points out that the classroom order is alienated either in existential form or exerting its function and worth, which lays stress on external restriction and control and becomes a kind of strict disciplined power. First, the teachers'comprehension to the conception of the classroom order seems too simple. Second, the teachers'establishment of the classroom order neglects the principal part of the students. Third, the teachers'management of the classroom order ignores the mental characteristics of the students. Last, the teachers'rectification of the wrong behaviors destroys the creativity of the students.As far as the establishment of the new cultural values and the criticizing the traditional classroom order, our education should build a new discipline, idea, practice way of respecting the children's freedom and ensuring their rights should be guaranteed. Thus, we must respect our students, trust our students, and follow their needs to improve teachers'teaching strategies.
