The Primary school education branch is a very new one in our country's higher education system. The construction of the whole branch is still at the stage of study. Course construction is the core of the branch construction. The writer put Baoding College into the case, analyze the course arrangement of the specialized courses of the major strengths and weaknesses.This research attempts to make comprehensive use of questionnaires, interview study, literature analysis and comparative study, which analysis the theoretical basis and the practical requirements of the construction of the primary school education in China and introduces the course arrangement in undergraduate primary school education of Baoding College. Through surveys and analysis, this research points out that the problems existed in the course arrangement in undergraduate primary school education of Baoding College. such as the out-dated knowledge and the higher repeatability of specialized course content, the insufficiency of practice and professional courses, the unreasonable of parts of the curriculum structure,the separation between specialized courses arrangement and the reform on primary school course and so on. Finally,this paper put forwards the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for specialized courses of Undergraduate primary school education in Baoding College.
