In order to implement the correlation tasks which were put forward by《The decisions about devoting major efforts to developing vocational education by the Sate Council》,speed the development of double-type teachers, the Ministry of Educationissued the [2006] 11 document of vocational education——《The option of theMinistry of Education about forming a system the professional teachers of middle-vocational education school must go to practice in enterprise》,every middle-vocational education school has been practicing hard now, we have got the inspiration and good result for the teachers' enterprise practice, but at the same time, some problems are also existed, which influence the actual effect of practice. This text will analyses the factors that influence the actual effect of practice by a questionnaire and interviews to the professional teachers of our school, give out some suggestions to help the school-managements carry out the system of the Ministry of Education better, and professional teachers develop their skills further.This research divides four pars.The first part is an introduction, elaborate the background of this research, define professional teacher and enterprise practice, etc, putting forward the target, contents and methods of this research.The second part describes the condition of professional teachers' enterprise practice, analyses mainly from three respects, one is school, the second is professional teachers, the third is enterprises, according to the questionnaire and teachers' interviews.The third part emphasizes the study of the theory of professional teachers' enterprise practice. It is important for training skilled worker, developing enterprise and teachers, raising students' skills, then describe the characteristics of teachers' enterprise practice, announcing the key elements of teachers; enterprise practice.The forth part emphasizes to put forward the counter-plans which improve the actual effects of teachers' enterprise practice, mainly including raising the consciousness, improving and perfecting the system of teachers' enterprise practice, and some key links must be enhanced.
