Therefore, it is necessary to combine the two aspects, finding out the characteristics and regularity of scoring activities in first-class football matches, seeking the similarities and differences between the two so as to provide basis for full-scale understanding of modern soccer.In this essay, the author adopts documents and data processing, fact-finding method, logic method, statistical observation, statistical mathematics and physics to analyze the 154 goals of 2004 and 2008 European soccer finals in 2004 and 2008 and 180 goals of Asian Cup,contrasting and exploring at large the warming-up activities before scoring of European Cup and national teams.The essay begins with the definition of scoring,analyzing and discussing the scoring, organizing and processing, shooting the ball, action with balls with inductive method and analytic method.In the research of shooting and scoring,the author obtains the following conclusions:in the period of ball obtaining, the proportion in defense district, midfield and attacking area is 2:3:5 and the main ways to obtain balls are the interception, challenging for balls, free kick and corner kick.Organizing and processing stage:the proportion of side district,middle field and the combination of the two districts is 3:5:2 and most shootings are accomplished by no more than four passes. The proportion of group cooperation, individual tactics, and the strategy of place kick is 2:1:1.Completion of shot stage: before shooting the proportion of ground ball and air ball is 5.4:4.5.And after shooting,1.5:8.5.The instance of shooting the normal body position is 2:1.The main scoring areas lie in A and F districts .The main shooting ways are level kick,diving kick,and header .Direct pass, taking a pass, consecutive passes are the main methods in the period of passing. Direct shot, indirect shooting, and header are the main ways for shooting.The diversity of scoring activities is obvious between soccer teams of Asian Cup level and of European Cup. Processing in National teams takes more time than in European Cup and the pass distance is longer;the Asian players score less than those of Europe at a fast-processed state; but vise vice versa;the Asian players 'ability to score is weaker compared with those of Europe in a fierce situation.In view of the difference in the aspects of characteristics and rules,the training should focus on the three points: getting the ball, organizing the procession, completion of shooting and emphasize the simplicity of actual effects when tackling the ball.
