| Since the Network information technology penetrates the ideological and political education, all social classes have been paying high attention to the relationship between the network and education. In college areas, domestic scholars begin to study the cyber ideological and political education from the view of communication, cyber culture, network morality and so on. The majority of these studies are centered on the implication and characteristics, the opportunity and challenge, etc. Scholars have some achievements by the study of thinking and practicing. However, more and more problems had shown from this development. Based on the formation and characteristics of cyber ideological and political education, this paper explores and makes the inquisition researches to the current condition in college and university, around all the way of realities of life to find the fact. Aiming at solving the problem faced by cyber ideological and political education, this paper tries to make objective analysis and right judgments, come up with comprehensive solutions to improve the quality, in purpose of promoting the status and the whole level.The paper analyses the problems of cyber ideological and political education from three parts.In first part, it introduces the process and characteristics in the formation of cyber ideological and political education. At the beginning, it explains the relationship between cyber and current ideological and political education .The internet is open, virtual and rapid complex, it also has a net-shaped framework that bounds the development of politics, economy and culture together. This paper comes up with the necessity of extending ideological and political education and trying to find out reciprocity, latency and diversity to illuminate the theory during the process. Also, we have to make full use of convenient resources that brought about by virtualization to conduct our education.In second part, it analyses the current condition of cyber ideological and political education. Through extended inquisition researches and comprehensive study of 12 colleges out of 44 in 4 cities in Jiangsu Province and the national websites about ideological and political education, author pay particularly attention to the research on the effects of the websites, students evaluation on websites and their expectation for websites. Although most of the colleges and universities have set up websites about ideological and political education, for example , key universities have many network talents, well facilities, open channels and wide access, website does not function well in every way, the staff are not that professional, and the mechanism is not that sound .In third part, it propose solutions of improving the quality of cyber ideological and political education. First, how to enrich and improve the quality of the content on web pages, and enhance ideological penetration. Second, make the carrier on the websites function in different ways like strengthening Campus Network BBS to guide public opinion, widening the use of blog and creating forums. Third, build up a professional, highly capable and efficient team which has a good knowledge of Web language and owns much creativity and imagination. Fourth, combine with the traditional ideological and political education, depends on campus cultural activities, and accommodates all aspects of student life to achieve the real combination of "online" and "offline", form a creative teams to provide works, focus on the moral construction of the network, and truly improve software and hardware construction on the website. Lastly, carry out the task is arduous. It calls for continuous improvement in the leadership mechanism, education security mechanism, coordination mechanism and monitoring mechanism to raise the status and whole lever of cyber ideological and political education. |
