A Diagnosis Research On The Red Website In Universities

In information time, the establishment and development of the network has now created a new world for the university students. Their spoken language, the motion, the thought, the emotion are influenced by the network in every time. The network has become the important attribute to the university students. To establish the "Red Website", to seize the network position with the correct and health thought, to enhance ideological education on Internet, to construct the website into the spiritual home on-line for the university students, stimulate student during the service, achieve the silent effect with the position, is the challenge to the reality and the summon of the time.In recent years, in order to seize the new position of the "Red Website" on the network, many universities have constructed the websites or the homepages which have the ideological nature, the knowledge, the service, and interest. Comparing with website construction in the universities, the research on the "Red Website" is not systematic and thoroughly at present. Many researches are restricted in standard, the sense of principle, the pure rationality. The diagnosis research on this subject is rare. The few diagnosis researches are also only restricted in the developed area and 211,985 project university. Therefore, it has a stronger theory and the practical significance to carry on the investigation and study on the construction of universities "Red Website" in the Sichuan Province of economically underdeveloped.This paper composes five parts.In the first part, the author has given a brief explanation about the significance of this problem, theory basis and research technique, and the achievement which has been made in academic, and to define the crucial concepts which are involved to this paper, and to identified ideas explanation and the analysising. In the second part, the author makes a deep investigation on the basic development, background as well as achievements of these "Red Website" of universities in Sichuan Province. By investigating, for convenience, we analyze that these websites in Sichuan Province undergo two stages: a stage of preparation before the year of 2003 and a stage of consummation after 2003.In the third part, the author has analyzed problems and reasons in construction of those websites in for the Sichuan. During the investigation, the author find that the foremost problem facing those "Red Website" is "the net citizens unprosperous, the effect unsatisfactory". In this basis, the detailed analysis of paper is composed of the four aspects that ideological understanding, management system, web self-development, team building. In the four part, on the basis of the above analysis, combined with the other provinces and cities in some universities " red website " construction site, general studies on the website of universities "red website " construction and development strategy are discussed, and puts forward some constructive suggestions,and have designing website content construction combining with actual. In the fifth part, the author summaries the major points in this paper.
