Practice teaching is, relatively to the theory teaching, the general term of all sorts of teaching activities, including experiment, exercitation, design and practical operation, social investigation, etc. The purpose is to guide students to attend personally practical activity, to stimulate their learning motivation, and to let them learn a lot in practice, practising while learning, learning while practising, obtaining skills from practice. Higher vocational education belongs to the professional education taking vocational ability training for the core. Therefore, practice teaching plays an important role in higher vocational talents training.Being excellent ability of education and teaching in kindergarten, shows professional talent training goal in preschool education college level. The education or teaching ability means that students should be able to master and use scientific method to organize teaching.And this is just the aim of setting kindergarten activities design course. The kindergarten activities design course is aim to cultivating students'kindergarten education or teaching ability. In fact, with its more practical, it can be called "practicality course". However, in practising this kind of course, there exists a phenomenon that people tend to explain the theory teaching and to despise the practice teaching, even regarding the latter as the extension of the former. The practice teaching is only a small fraction of the whole teaching. Not only its status isn't outstood but also a complete and tight logical teaching system isn't formed,which cultivates students'practical education teaching ability, from the opinion of "practicality"The research methods used in this paper mainly are literature research, case study, questionnaire, etc. This paper has probed into practice teaching in higher vocational college with the core of professional ability training, put forward the preschool education specialized kindergarten curriculum design requirements, and constructed practical teaching system of kindergarten curriculum design on preschool education in college level. Writer thinks, students'abilities cultivated by kindergarten curriculum design major activities are in four aspects:the ability of choosing contents of teaching and designing teaching; the ability of exploiting teaching resources, creating or making use of teaching environment; the ability of teaching organization; the ability of teaching evaluation and reflection.. In reality, the following are problems which there exist in professional kindergarten curriculum design activity in preschool education college level in training students'practical ability:making the priciples of practice teaching clear; adjusting the goals of; improving the methods or means of practice teaching; ensuring the teaching conditions of the practice teaching; reforming teaching evaluation system the practice teaching.
