With the growing scale of higher education, the quality of higher education not synchronizes the improvement, on the contrary, quality to some extent decreased. Therefore, whether students, parents or employers in the society, all questioned the quality of high education.It is monitoring that plays a very important role in coordinated development between the quantity and quality, and effective improvement of the quality of teaching. In view of the complexity of the national assessment and social certification, I choose quality control of university as a teaching subject,namely internal control of teaching quality.It is not only the focus attention in the theory of higher education, but also an important issue be solved in the current practice of university teaching management. Here, I learn from education, management and other related theories, and comprehensively apply literature search, comparative study, questionnaires, interviews and other methods to investigate Anhui University's internal control status on the quality of teaching. I analyze the main problems of the internal control on the quality of teaching and reasons for these problems, and put forward some suggestions, to plays a specific role for reference on the quality of the teaching practice of internal control.
