Via directing Science and Technology Projects as the carrier, the second-year class's students as the object of study, how to foster student's creativity as the aim of the study, this thesis carried though a series of practice and explore. In the aspect of theory, this thesis take Tao Xingzhi's theory about six liberation, Howard Gardner's multiple intelligence and constructionism as the theory base. In the practice fact, this thesis created three phases about how to foster creativity, including reserving phase, latency phase and breaking phase. In the precession of fostering student's creativity , this study notice the feedback from the students , then adjust the way to foster, and incessantly sum up the experience from the practice .This thesis obtains some conclusions, and put forwards ways and principles of cultivating creativity under the guidance of technology program. At the same time, it challenges the present school evaluation system lacking of evaluation of creativity, and expects that our country could form the cultural atmosphere, which is satisfactory and beneficial to the growth and expansion of innovation, so that it can make public have a consensus and positive attitude to creativity.
