In order to adjust the structure of employment, training high-level application-oriented personnel and alleviate the problem of the university students' employment ,at the beginning of the spring of 2009, the State Ministry of Education issued a document to allow part of the professional degree recruit fresh graduates.Under the guidance of this policy, our Master of Education began to enroll students from fresh graduates in 2009,enrollment for the first time canceled the strict limitation of the work experience. So far, China's education Master's Degree was formed two different paths in the differences of the entrance requirements and training methods .In this paper, through literature analysis and comparative study to develop a comparative study of these two kinds of paths. This paper mainly divided into four parts, the first briefly introduced the basic situation of these two paths, mainly including the introduction of the relevant background and the basic content of the two paths; in the second part, I want to analysis the reason and theoretical basis of the implementation of these two paths ; the third part is about the advantage and disadvantage of the implementation of these two paths analysis. On the positive side is training model is diversified to meet the diverse needs of the community; can perfect education Master's degree system; to promote high-level application-oriented talents; to meet the specialized needs of teachers. On the negative side is easy to create inequality between these two paths and training quality is difficult to guarantee . In the fourth part of the article is mainly about how to improve these two paths . These recommendations includeing: first, improve the legal system, accurate positioning Master of Education Degree; second, try to implement the policy of connecting degree with education and the strict admittance system of the teachers qualifications;and third, establish and improve the quality protection system of the Master of Education Degree.
