The first career decision-making teenagers do may relevant to the individual life of career future, mental health and social social acceptance. But the first career decision-making made in high school stage of individual life. Whether can make appropriate decisions, will directly affect one's future career direction.This includes two studies. The first study is that investigating and interviewing three middle school students' career decision-making self-efficacy and the causes of low career decision-making self-efficacy in Shanxi Province.The second study that intervention study is the key study. The purpose is to prepare intervention study for high school students and popularize value of career decision-making self-efficacy group psychological intervention. And through the group psychological intervention, to improve career decision-making self-efficacy level, to promote the professional development of senior high school students.Intervention study use experimental design that testing experimental group and reference group two times begin and after study. Researchers choose from the lowest in the investigation of a senior high school students, 27% for classification standards,28 low grouping students as the research samples. And they will randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and reference group. And they are all 14. The experimental group received a total of 16 hours,eight times career group counseling. The reference group will not accept any counseling. Using the career decision-making self-efficacy of senior high school student scale, group activity effect evaluation table, and group members self feedback reports as effectiveness evaluation. After the experimental group counseling, researcher test reference group and experimental group.Two months after the intervention,do follow-up test for experimental group.Research results indicate that: (1) Senior high school students'career decision-making self-efficacy in the medium level.(2) Senior high school students'career decision-making self-efficacy does not exist gender differences and no differences between students from city and those from country.(3) Senior high school students'career decision-making self-efficacy does not exist differences between the schools.(4) Senior high school students'career decision-making self-efficacy in self assessment dimensions singleton female and the singleton female have significant difference, but the total in table and other four dimensions no significant differences.(5) There exist significant differences Between senior school students and school students in career decision-making self-efficacy on the total table. But there don't exist significant differences during senior high school students.(6) Group counseling have improved the level of career decision-making self-efficacy.(7) Group counseling scheme has the long-term effects and it is a set of practical scheme about career decision-making self-efficacy.
