As we all know, classroom questioning is a very common behavior in classroom teaching, it is also one of the main teaching methods that is achieved in classroom teaching.It plays an important teaching role in classroom teaching as well Thus the research into classroom questioning teaching is of great practical significance.So far as my study is concerned, it is mainly done through classroom observation, classroom record, interviews with teachers and questionnaires and other means of gathering information, sorting through data collection and analysis. Especially from the effective angle, I can understand and analyze the questions do the actual state, which are raised by teachers and fully understand how well teachers understand questions of classroom which are raised by themselves.So that we can find out what problems exist in the effective teaching questions.More importantly, I can find the solution to the problems as well as explore the questions of appropriate and effective strategy.The results show that the process of teaching in the classroom has the following major issues:First, the teacher's understanding of the question's purpose is relatively simple. Second, the teacher's preparing to question is not enough. Third, the teacher's knowledge and understanding of effective questioning is not comprehensive and profound because of lacking of awareness of the overall design of effective questioning. Fourth, the teachers subconsciously hope that students will ask questions of teachers, but in actual classroom teaching, students have almost no opportunity to ask questions or not.In a word, in order to complete truly effective teaching, we must make good use of effective strategies to raise valid questions. Before questioning, it's better for us to prepare enough for questioning before hand, know about the students' cognitive structure and clearly understand the purpose of questioning, as well. In addition, during the processes of questioning, pre-answering, the answers done by students and the answers analyzed by teachers, it's necessary for us teachers to make good preparations for the use of strategy. Last but not least, it's essential for teachers to introspect in time.
